First Czech tramping camp was founded in 1918 in Svatojánské proudy, and was called „Tábor řvavých“ (Camp of the screaming one's), later renamed as „Ztracená naděje“(Lost hope). Others followed soon, at first in the southern neighbourhood of Prague and then in other places in our republic. Beginning of the bohemia tramping reaches back to times shortly before the World War I. and are connected with a development of Bohemia scouting.
