In the beginning of a spa tradition in Jeseníky, there were sprinkles flying from the wood on the hillsides under the Studnice hill. These times clients of the Vincenz Priessnitz himself, the founder of the first hydropherapy spa in the world, were cutting and sawing wood and mowing meadows within the purview of their therapy. Since then, healing methods progressed, but the unique climate and mineral springs of Jeseníky remain.
Tradition says, that in Karlova Studánka there is the cleanest air in the central Europe. The fact, that these spa were ranked among the 46 world places worth visiting in 2013 according to The New York Times, supports this tradition. Take the legendary spa cup and follow a mineral springs trail to parks and woods of Jeseníky. Relish sulphur mineral springs in Velké Losiny or Bludov, iron acidulous springs in Karlova Studánka and also drink from acidulous or few radioactive springs.
Your senses will enjoy a rare experience, which will heal you as well.
